The Centre for Innovators and Entrepreneurs (CIE) recently launched at St Paul’s School as Australia’s next phase in Student Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation.
The CIE partners with Industry, Government, and Start-ups to understand their problems, innovation blockers, and business direction. These partnerships result in businesses having access to students versed in Realms of Thinking including design, creativity, inquiry, sustainability, and entrepreneurial thinking. This generates far greater options and results than using one lone approach and using dynamic, innovative minds to drive the process. The CIE welcomed OMC as a Business In Residence in 2018, workshopping business directions, customer journey mapping, and marketing angles. The CIE also has student businesses – yes, the CIE encourages and support students to start businesses at school! St Paul’s was recently recognised as one of the top 100 most innovative educational institutions in the world by Cambridge University’s most influential bodies! This is the future.
